Depending on your study habits, you may feel comfortable in different study situations. Here are the three best places to study during finals week.
When you are just beginning to study, or if you are studying with friends, Donkey Coffee is the place to go. It is usually quiet on the second floor and a bit louder on the first floor. It’s great for group projects. Also, you can have quality coffee whenever you need it. If you need complete silence, though, this is not the place to go.
For intense, late-night studying, Alden Library is one of the best places to go during finals week. Most floors are open until 2 a.m. and the Learning Commons floor is open 24/7. The second and fourth floors are known to be louder and are better for group projects. If you need a quieter place to go, there are five other floors to choose from.

This may seem a bit unconventional, but it works. If you like to snack while you study, Union Street Diner is the place for you. This restaurant is open 24/7, so you can munch and memorize at the same time. It can be loud or quiet, depending on how many people are in the restaurant.
