If you’re an underclassman, you won’t be able to use your meal plan after 10 p.m. If you’re an upperclassman, the walk from the library to your house may take fifteen minutes (and that may just be one-way.) An easy option for late-night finals fuel is to order food, take a quick walk to Court Street, or call OU Delivery.
Some restaurants in Athens will deliver their food to wherever you are, be it the library or your favorite coffee shop. Places like Donato’s, Jimmy John’s, and D.P. Dough are open late to curb your hunger.
Other restaurants on Court Street do not deliver, but they are open late. Big Mamma’s Burritos, Goodfella’s Pizza and Pita Pit are open until 3 a.m. Though the first two restaurants are not known for their low-calorie meals, Pita Pit can offer some healthy options.
If you are craving Chipotle, McDonald’s or Taco Bell, OU Delivery is your best option. You can send a text message to this student-run delivery service and they will pick up and deliver food to you. They even can bring other items, like a Red Bull or cold medicine.
If you’re up late studying, don’t fret. There are plenty of ways to satisfy your stomach.
